  My Rhythm and accompany will not play. The manual drums work but no rythms will play. What do I need to do? Is there a repair shop for Roland that can fix pianos reasonably? Please help. Thank you

  In case you never found the answer: I had the same problem. In fact, I discovered that EVERYBODY breaks these hammers; it's a design flaw). So I searched the web for hours for the answer, gave up , and finally paid $85 to a shop. But they showed me how. It's easy.

  Most people say it DOES work to glue the hammers; many use Super Glue, but others use something less brittle (e.g. glue gun, 3M CA4 plus tape, etc.).
  
  Personally, I'd advise replacing broken hammers on the most commonly played keys, and gluing the rest. In an emergency, you can always swap out a rarely (read: never) played key for a broken one.
  
  PS. Because its a design flaw, if you still have the original receipt (I didn't) Roland will send you an entire set of new (redesigned) hammers FREE. I called them to verify; it's true.

  I figured out how to remove the hammers (after much fretting and prayer) on my Roland RD300. I don't know if your's is the same design but the trick is to push down the key then gently push the key forward (away from you) . Once you have one out you'll see how it works. To replace it is just the reverse.
