Machine plays fine in tape mode. In CD mode carousel will not rotate. Currently disc in #1 position can not be retrieved. When carousel door is closed and an attempt is made to play the displays changes to "door" suggesting the machine is being prompted that the door is open. Consequently, it will not play. Help!!!!
