The power switch is hard to move between the on and off position and the power light is either dim or not on and the microphone does not work even if the power light is dim.

0 The power switch is hard to move between the on and off position and the power light is either dim or not on and the microphone does not work even if the power light is dim. Fresh new batteries are in the microphone.
