How to produce 2 layer music with Casio CDP200R...

Hi My email is shiaochoon@yahoo.com. I am Lee. I would like to produce 2 layer music violin and piano. I have the music score for this music. I would like to make the violin as the background and the piano as the main music. How do I sync the timing of these 2 instrument together?
