Ho do I refit slip motor belt? I am not sure how ...

Ho do I refit slip motor belt? I am not sure how the screws on the side seat the belt. Lastly, the belt goes around the wheel and what other part to make the rods turn? Sorry! I know they are stupid questions~ Chicago dual drum rotary rock tumbler Thanks for your patience!
