I would like starting position for the controls on the mixer. Then I can fine tune the mixer.

0 I have the manual but not the starting position of the control knobs. Where do I start? Is there a default setting for the controls? My system has been tampered with and controls all turned back and forth and I don't know how to begin. This system is in a church. It will be needed Sunday. Please Help! Thanks!!
