yes it does not turn on only the yellow light is on i notice the relay is not getting the 24 volts to turn on i chech q200/ q2001 it read good icheck qq400/q401 read good r216 has no voltage r416 has no voltage/tp 11/tp30/no voltage/tp31/tp32 has no voltage/ the 24volts + is there and the 24volts negative is there the 18vpositive and the 18volts negativ e is also there q200 and 400 is not switching to turn the transistor on for the 24votts for the relay
