The adapter that came with this product stopped working so I replaced it with another adapter from your company. The keyboard has stopped working with the second adapter, so I purchased another one and it doesn't even work. The keyboard does work with batteries. What could be wrong? This product has never been dropped or anything so I am confused with this situation. Please help.
