Keys unworking...

I'm not sure I have the same model. Console says 4500s. I'm sure it has the same problem, keys staying silent, and not being able to open the unit. I would love to find a service manual. Any hope? I have the owner's manual for the 3000s/4500s/5500s/5600s. I guess they're very similar. I'd be happy to scan and upload this if it's useful to anyone.
