i have a model mhc-vx77 sony..the problem is PUSH ...

i have a model mhc-vx77 sony..the problem is PUSH POWER PROTECT everytime i turn it on...i replace a new IC which is STK412-150 but when i open nothings happen the problem still there PUSH POWER PROTECT. need your help what is the problem of my compo..need your advice specially for those who encountered the same problem..thanks guyz!!
