MISSING IC'S ON MOTHERBOARD...

HI , I BOUGHT TECHNICS SX KN 501 FROM AN AUCTION ONLY TO FIND THAT 2 IC'S( IC8 AND IC9) ON THE MOTHERBOARD WERE MISSING. PLEASE GIVE INFORMATION, SIZE OF THOSE IC'S SO THAT I COULD BUY THEM
