the singing machine SMG 199 : cd does not start ro...

the singing machine SMG 199 : cd does not start rotating on its own I opened to check the motor and t6he mechanism. every thing looks fine CD goes in goes up starts rotating 1-2 rotations and then stops. and I don't see the track numbers appering on the display.
