could anyone help - ive got tiger touch grand pian...

could anyone help - ive got tiger touch grand piano and when i put the batteries in , nothing really happens except from a high pitch tone from the speaker at the back ..could anyone advise what to do to get it working OR were i could take it in the uk to get repaired -thanks
