Hi. Ours is about 6 years old and it just stopped working. There is a bit of sound from around the middle notes and a bit of flashing letters then it all goes off. I rang a loccal shop who suggested to reseat the factory settings? Where is that guideline to do it in the manual? And where is the instructions to remove the keyboard from the stand if I need to take it in for repairs? Thanks Helen email is mhroebuck@gmail.com
