SierraWireless,Inc.warrantstheMPmodemagainstall
defectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodofthree

yearsfromthedateofpurchase.
ThesoleresponsibilityofSierraWireless,Inc.underthis
warrantyislimitedtoeitherrepairor,attheoptionofSierra
Wireless,Inc.,replacementoftheMPmodem.Thereareno
expressedorimpliedwarranties,includingthoseoffitnessfor
aparticularpurposeormerchantability,whichextendbeyond
thefacehereof.
SierraWireless,Inc.isnotliableforanyincidentalorconse‐
quentialdamagesarisingfromtheuse,misuse,orinstallation
oftheMPmodem.
Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyiftheserialnumberlabelhas
beenremoved,oriftheMPmodemhasbeensubjectedto
physicalabuse,improperinstallation,orunauthorizedmodifi

cation.
