MIDI Data Format
1. Block Diagram of MIDI Reception/Transmission

If the Host Selector switch is set to anything other than “MIDI”, the MIDI data are echoed back to HOST IN
→ MIDI OUT and MIDI IN → HOST OUT, respectively.

2. Channel Messages
Channel messages are not transmitted or received.

3. System Messages
The CBX-D5 handles System Exclusive messages like those below.
Digital Track Message (Note 1)
