Before Using the H01
Opening the key cover and lid
1. Lift open the key cover and fold it back-
ward.
CAUTION
Hold the cover with both hands when opening or closing it.
CAUTION
Do not release the cover until it is fully folded back or closed.
CAUTION
Be careful to avoid catching your fingers (yours or others, especially
children’s) when opening the cover.
2. Raise and hold the lid up as shown.
CAUTION
Raising the lid past the normal height can result in damage to the
instrument.
3. Raise the lid stay and carefully lower the
lid so that the end of the stay fits into the
recess in the lid and holds it in place.
Closing the key cover and lid
1. Hold the lid stay and carefully raise the lid.
2. Hold the lid in its raised position and
lower the lid stay.
3. Carefully lower the lid.
4. Close the key cover.
CAUTION
Be careful to avoid catching your fingers (yours or others, especially
children’s) when opening the cover.
