Recharging the Batteries (cont.)
◗ Place the batteries in the charger following the orientation indicated in the charging
compartment.

CAUTION: Never charge different types or sizes of batteries at the same time.
◗ Plug the charger into an outlet with the correct voltage.
◗ When charging is finished (between 5 and 8 hours), unplug the charger from the outlet
and remove the batteries. The batteries may be warm to the touch; this is normal.

Note: For best results, use batteries until they are completely empty. Then recharge them
fully.

The camera has no power.
◗ The camera may be turned off. Turn the Mode switch to REC or PLAY.
◗ The camera may be inactive due to the automatic power down feature. In REC mode press
the shutter button; in PLAY, turn the Mode switch to OFF and back to PLAY.
