Pressure Above Upper Limit
The system pressure has exceeded the upper pressure limit.
Probable Causes Upper pressure limit set too low.
Blockage in the flowpath (after the damper).
Defective damper.
Defective LPM board.
Suggested Actions Ensure the upper pressure limit is set to a value suitable for the analysis.
Check for blockage in the flowpath. The following components are
particularly subject to blockage:
purge-valve frit.
needle (autosampler),
seat capillary (autosampler),
sample loop (autosampler), and
column frits.
capillaries with low internal diameters (e.g. 0.12mm id).
Exchange the damper.
Exchange the LPM board.
