Updating a Directory Number
Follow these instructions to update a directory number assigned to a specific
phone.
Procedure
Step 1 Open Cisco CallManager Administration.
Step 2 Select Device > Phone.
The Find and List Phones page displays.
Step 3 Enter search criteria to locate a specific phone.
A list of phones that match the search criteria appears.
Step 4 Select the name of the phone to update.
The Phone Configuration page displays, with the lines listed on the left side.
Step 5 Select the line you want to update.
The Directory Number Configuration page displays.
Step 6 Enter the desired changes.
Step 7 Click Update.
Step 8 Click Reset Devices.
