befreeofdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipandprovidesserviceandsupportfor
1yearfromthedateofpurchasebytheoriginalconsumer.Felloweswarrantsthe
cuttingbladesofthemachinetobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship
for1yearfromthedateofpurchasebytheoriginalconsumer.Ifanypartisfoundto
bedefectiveduringthewarrantyperiod,yoursoleandexclusiveremedywillberepair
orreplacement,atFellowes’optionandexpense,ofthedefectivepart.Thiswarranty
doesnotapplyincasesofabuse,mishandling,orunauthorizedrepair.Theuseris
responsibleforanyadditionalcostsincurredbyFellowesinservicingthepapershredder
outsideofthecountrywheretheshredderisinitiallysold.ANYIMPLIEDWARRANTY,
INCLUDINGTHATOFMERCHANTABILITYORFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE,IS
HEREBYLIMITEDINDURATIONTOTHEAPPROPRIATEWARRANTYPERIODSETFORTH
