Assembly
• Slide the left handlebar through the holes in the left side
of the front fork (the side with the flashing light).
• Slide the right handlebar (with the handlebar harness)
through the holes in the right side of the front fork.
IMPORTANT! DO NOT insert the handlebar harness
through the holes in the front fork.
• Align the screw holes in each handlebar with the screw
holes in the front fork.
• Insert a #8 x
3
/4" screw through the lower holes in the
front fork and into each lower hole in each handlebar .
Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.
• Insert a #8 x
3
/4
" screw through the upper holes in the
front fork and into each upper hole in each handlebar .
Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.

Harness
• Fit a handgrip on the end of each handlebar.
Hint: If it is difficult to slide the handgrips onto the handle-
bars, moisten the inside of the handgrips with water.

Clamp
• Fit the left mirror to the left handlebar, as shown.
• Fit and hold the mirror clamp to the other side of
the left handlebar.
• Insert two #8 x
3
/
4" screws through the back of the left
mirror and into the mirror clamp.
• Tighten both screws using a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.
