Manually reloading paper to print the second side
1. Click the drop down menu to select
Layout
.
2. Select Print Both Sides
.
3. Select a binding option:
• Book
– if you want to bind your document on the left (like a book).
OR
•
Tablet
– if you want to bind your document along the top (like a calendar).
4. Select
Manual
.
5. Click OK
.
6. When the first side of your document finishes printing, remove the paper from the
output tray.
7. Follow the instructions on the screen to determine how to place the paper into the
paper tray.
8. On your computer screen, click
Continue
.
