Removing/Installing the Front Wheel

NOTE:Forthisprocedure,refertoFIGURE 9.2.

NOTE:Takenoteofpositionandorientationofwheelandmountinghardwarebeforeremoving.

Removing

1. Turnpoweroffandremovethekeyfromtheignition.

2. Placethefrontofthepoweredscooteruponblockssothatthefrontwheelisoffthe

ground.

3. Removethemountingscrew,locknut,twospacersandwasherthatsecurethefront

wheeltothefork.

4. Removethefrontwheelfromthefork.

Installing

1. Alignthefrontwheelwiththefork

mountingholes.

2. Usingthemountingscrew,locknut,

twospacersandwasher,securethe

frontwheeltothefork.

3. Securelytightenthefrontwheel

mountinghardware.
