phone.Followthegasauppller'sinstructions.
• If youcannotreachyourgassupplier,callthefire
department.

knob.Neverusetools.Iftheknobwillnotpushinor
turnbyhand,don'ttryto repairit,celta qualifiedser-
vice technician.Forceor attemptedrepairmayresult
inafireorexplosion.
D.Donotusethisappliancoif anyperthasbeenunder
water.Immediatelycalla qualifiedservicetechnician
toinspecttheapplianceandtoreplaceanypertof the
controlsystemandany gascontrolwhichhasbeen
underwater.

2.Removeouterdoor.
3. Setthethermostatto lowestsettingbyturningthe
watertemperaturedialclockwise,([ "_)toits lowest
temperaturesetting(witharrowondial)asshown.DO
NOTFORCE.
4.'rumgascontrolknobelockwi"Jse _'_tl to"OFF"posi-
tion.Knobcannotbe turnedfrom"PILOT"to "OFF"
unlessknobIsdepressedslightly.DO NOT FORCE.

5. Waitfive(5) minutesto clearoutanygas.If youthen
smellgas,STOP!Follow"B" inthesafetyinformation
aboveon thislabel,If youdon'tsmellgas,goto the
nextstep.
6. Remove(or open)innerdoorlocatedbelowthe gas
controlunit.
7. Findpilot-followmetaltubefromgascontrol.Thepilot
islocatedinfrontoftheburner.
