11.8 Specifying the encryption passphrase by the user

For Mac OS X
1 Display the "Output Method" window.
2 Click [Detail Settings].
The "Detail Settings" window appears.
3 Select "Administrator Settings", and then click [Settings].
The "Administrator Settings" dialog box appears.
4 Select the "Encryption Passphrase" check box, and then enter the encryption passphrase.
% If you do not specify a user-defined "Encryption Passphrase", clear the "Encryption Passphrase"
check box.
% Enter the encryption passphrase with 20 alphanumeric letters. Specify the same encryption
passphrase for the machine and the printer driver.
% An encryption passphrase using a series of the same letters is invalid.
5 Click [OK].
