You can play the audio les of the current
selection in random order (shufed).
1 During play, press SHUFFLE to toggle
shufe on and off.
When you turn shufe on, the current

Stream music from a UPnP
device
You can wirelessly stream music to the NP1100
from a connected PC, if you install Windows
Media Player 11 on the PC and congure the
PC
to share your music. (If Windows Media
Player 11 is already installed on the PC, you
can skip the installation section and continue
with the conguration. For any other media
play
ers, refer to the instructions supplied with
the player.)
Install Windows Media Player 11
1 On the PC, insert the supplied software
CD.
Installation
starts.
If installation does not start, click on
the
icon in your Explorer program.
2 Follow the instructions on the PC to install
Windows Media Player 11.

The play / pause and stop operations on the
remote control of the NP1100 are the same
for any music source that you choose:
1 Press HOME.
2 Press to select source, then press .
3 Press , then to select options.
4 Press OK / to play.
Press OK /
to toggle between
pause and play.
5 Press to stop.
Tip
The following chapters explain the play options and
music sources that are available.

Adjust volume

During play, press + VOL - to adjust the
volume.
Mute
You can turn off the sound of your audio.
1 During play, press MUTE.
To turn the sound back on, press
MUTE again.
Repeat play
You can repeat one or all audio les of the
current selection.
1 In play mode, press REPEAT to toggle the
repeat function as follows:
[Repeat 1]
The current audio le is continuously
