Handlebar Adjustment
Your ATV has handlebars which can
be adjusted for your personal fit.
1. Locate handlebar bolts. On mod-
els with a headlight pod, it will be
necessary to remove the upper
headlight pod. On other models
remove the handlebar cover.
2. Loosen the four bolts.
3. Adjust handlebar to desired
height. Be sure handlebars do
not hit gas tank or any other part
of machine when turned fully to
left or right.
4. Torque handlebar adjuster block
bolts to 10 to 12 ft. lbs.
NOTE: Tighten bolts so there is an
equal gap at the front and rear of the
handlebar block. Improper gap will
result in improper fit of upper pod.
W ARNING
Improper adjustment of the handlebars or incorrect torquing of the adjuster block
tightening boltscan cause limited steering orloosening ofthe handlebars, resulting
in loss of control and possible s erious personal injury or death.
