Before you begin, verify that your unit contains all of the parts listed in Figure 1.

To install your RCS Series rack mount power supply, you will need the following tools (not supplied):

1 Hardware packet:
8 Screws, 10-32 x 0.75-inch, Phillips pan head (to mount unit to front and rear of rack)
4 Screws, 4-40 x 0.25-inch, Phillips pan head
2 Screws, 6-32 x 0.25-inch, Phillips pan head (to attach optional rear support brackets to unit)
Various Spare fuses, quantity and amperage depend on model
4 to 8 Wire terminals, quantity depends on model
2 Rear support rails (1 pair)
1 USA standard power cord (117 VAC, 3 prongs, 6 ft or 1.8 m)
