1. Address the message –
To button.
After launching the Compose page, click on the
‘To’ button to access the Stratagy View Address
Book, or begin typing in the To address window
and Stratagy View will attempt to automatically
fill in the remainder of the address based upon
entries in the Address Book.
2. Record the message Click the red Record button on the multimedia
control for Stratagy View to begin recording the
message using whatever device has been
configured for recording messages in the
Configuration page, either your PC microphone or
a specific telephone.
3. Stop recording When recording begins you will notice that the red
record button changes into a black stop button.
Click this button when you wish to stop recording.
4. Review the message After stopping the message recording you can
click on the Play button to review the message you
have recorded.
5. Send the message If you are satisfied with the message you have
recorded, click Send.
