preferred, the following proceedure must be completed on the target computer.
1 Open the Windows Control Panel. For example, go to Start Æ Settings Æ Control Panel.
2 Double-click Administrative Tools.
3 Double-click Local Security Policy.
4 Double-click Local Policies.
5 Double-click Security Options.
6 In the Policy column, double-click Accounts: Limit local account use of blank passwords
to console logon only, and change the value from Enabled to Disabled.
