Resending a File
Machine memory stores messages
that could not be successfully trans-
mitted using Memory Transmission.
Use this procedure to resend these
messages.
Preparation
You should select “Store for 24
hours” for “Store a message that
could not be transmitted” in User
Parameters. See p.147 “Changing
the User Parameters” (switch 24,
bit 0).
Note
❒ Files that could not be transmitted
will be kept for either 24 or 72
hours depending on how you pro-
gram this function. See p.147
“Changing the User Parameters”
(switch 24, bit 1).

Press [Change/Stop TX File].

Press [Transmit Failed File].

Select the file you want to resend.
“TX failed” is displayed for files
that could not be sent.

❒ If multiple destinations were
specified, only the destination
number appears.

specified, only the number of
unsent messages appears.

Press [OK].

[Add], and then specify the des-
tinations.
❒ To cancel transmissions, press
[Cancel]. The display returns to
