de l'achat au détailoriginal chez un revendeur agréé P olk A udio. Cependant,cette garantie sera automatiquement annulée a vant
l’expiration de la périodede (1) un an si l’acheteuroriginal vend ou transfère le produità tout autre parti. L’ache- teurau détail
original sera nommé ci-après«vous». Pour permettre à Polk A udio devous offrir le meilleur service degarantie possible, veuillez

période de la garantiespécifiée, Polk Audio ou le revendeurPolk Audio réparera ou remplacera, àsa guise, le produit sans frais
additionnels saufs dans lescas décrits ci-dessous. Toute pièce ouproduit remplacé devient la propriété d e P olk A udio. Lesproduits
réparés ou remplacés sousla garantie vous seront expédiés francsde port dans un délai r aisonnable.
Cette garantie n’inclut pasle service ou les pièces nécessairesà la réparation des dommages provoquéspar accident, désastre,
abus, négligence, mode d’expéditionou emballage inadéquat, utilisation commerciale, t ensions supérieuresau maximum prescrit
pour l’unité, aspect visueldu meuble non directement attribuable àun défaut de pièces d’origine oude main d’oeuvre, ou par le
service, la réparation, o u toutemodification du produit n’ayant pas é té autoriséou approuvé par Polk Audio.
Cette garantie prend préséancesur toutes autres garanties énoncées. Sila défectuosité de ce produit estimputable aux pièces
d’origine ou à l a m ain d’oeuvreselon les conditions de la garantieexprimées ci-dessus, votre seul recourt s era l a r éparation ou
le remplacement selon lesconditions décrites ci-dessus. Dans aucun c as PolkAudio, Inc. pourra-t-elle être tenue responsablepour

1 YEAR WARRANTY
Polk Audio, Inc. w arrants theoriginal purchaser only that this PolkAudio db Subwoofers Product (the Product)will be free from
defects in materials andworkmanship for a period of (1)one year from the date of o riginalretail purchase from a Polk Audio
Authorized Dealer. However, thiswarranty will automatically terminate prior t o t he expirationof the (1) one year p eriod ifthe
original retail purchaser sellsor otherwise transfers the Product toany other party. The original retailpurchaser shall herein after be
referred to as “you.”To allow Polk Audio to offerthe best possible warranty service, p lease fillout the Product Registration Card(s)
and send them t o t he Factoryat the address provided in t he RegistrationCard within (10) ten days ofthe date of purchase.
Defective Products must b e shipped,together with a proof of p urchase, prepaidinsured to the Authorized Polk A udio Dealerfrom
whom you purchased theProduct, or to 2550 Brittania Blvd.,Suite A, San Diego, CA 92154. Products must beshipped in the
original shipping container orits equivalent; in any case therisk of loss or damage i n t ransit isto be borne by you. If,upon exam-
ination at the Factoryor Polk Audio Authorized Dealer itis determined that the unit wasdefective in materials or workmanship
at any time duringthe Warranty period, Polk Audio orthe Polk Audio Dealer will, a t i ts option,repair or replace this Product
at no additional charge, except as setforth below. All replaced parts a nd Productsbecome property of Polk Audio. P roducts
replaced or repaired u nder thisWarranty will be returned to you,within a reasonable time, freight prepaid.
This Warranty does notinclude service or parts to repairdamage caused by accident, disaster, misuse, a buse, negligence,inad-
equate packing or s hipping procedures,commercial use, voltage inputs in excessof the rated maximum of theunit, cosmetic
appearance of the cabinetrynot directly attributable to defects inmaterials or workmanship, or service, r epair, ormodifications
of the Product w hich hasnot been authorized or approvedby Polk Audio.
This Warranty is inlieu of all other expressed W arranties. Ifthis Product is defective in materialsand workmanship as warranted
above, your sole r emedy s hall berepair or replacement as provided a bove. I n n o e vent willPolk Audio, Inc. be liable toyou for any
incidental or consequential damagesarising out of the use orinability to use the Product, evenif Polk Audio, Inc. or a PolkAudio
Dealer has been advisedof the possibility of such damages,or any other claim by anyother party. Some states do notallow the
exclusion or limitation ofconsequential damages, so the above limitationand exclusion may not apply toyou. This Warranty
gives you specific legalrights which may vary from stateto state.
This warranty applies onlyto Products purchased in the UnitedStates of America, its possessions, a nd U.S.and NATO armed forces
exchanges and audio clubs.The Warranty terms and conditions applicableto Products purchased in other c ountries areavailable
from the Polk AudioAuthorized Distributors in such countries.
