theleftsocketontheundersideofthemixer
head,thesocketisidentifiedbyagreydot
besideit(Figure5).Takethedoughhook
thatisstraightatthebottom,illustratedas
doughhook(B)andinsertintotheremaining
socket.
Note:Besurebothdoughhooksclickfirmly
inplace,youmayneedtotwistthedough
hookslightlytoengageitinpositionpriorto
pushingitinplace.
