Check the length of the clutch springs ●●●●●●
Check the cylinder and piston for wear ●●●
Check the groove on the piston pin retainer for wear (visual check) ●●●
Check the camshaft for wear (visual check) ●●●
Replace the camshaft bearings ●●●
Check the length of the valve springs ●●●
Check the spring cap for wear ●●●
Check the eccentricity of the valve disk ●●●
Check the valve guides for wear ●●●
Check the radial clearance of the rocker arm rollers ●●●
Check the elongation of the timing chain ●●●
Check the chain tensioner tooting for damage (visual check) ●●●●●●
Check the eccentricity of the crankshaft journal ●●●
Replace the conrod bearings ●●●
Check piston pin bearing ●●●
Replace the balancer shaft bearings ●●●
Replace the crankshaft main bearings ●●●
Check the entire transmission including the roller and bearings for wear ●●●
Check the length of the bypass valve spring ●●●
