5 − Using with a Computer (M-164UF)
6 Read the contents of the License Agreement, then
select I accept the agreement if you agree to the
terms. Click the Install button to start installation.
7 When the following screen appears, use the includ-
ed USB cable to connect the mixer (M-164UF) with
the computer.
8 When the following screen appears, disconnect the
USB cable from the mixer (M-164UF) or the com-
puter for a moment.
9 When the following screen appears, reconnect the
mixer (M-164UF) and the computer with the USB
cable.
10 When the following screen appears, installation has
completed.
Click the Reboot now button to restart the comput-
er.
11 After the computer restarts, click TASCAM
M-164UF (Start > Settings > Control Panels) to
launch the M-164UF Control Panel. If information
about the driver version, device and other details
appear, installation has been successful.
Installation of Mac OS X drivers
1 Confirm that the M-164UF and computer are not
connected.
2 Double-click the M-164UF_Drivers.mpkg on the
included CD-ROM to launch the installer software.
3 Follow the instructions shown on screen to proceed
with the installation.
4 After the computer restarts, connect the mixer.
