Audience and Use
The Cisco Unity installation guide is intended for installers of a Cisco Unity system. You need a working
knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
2003 or Exchange 2000, and Microsoft Windows 2003 or
Windows
2000, depending on the versions you plan to use.
