G. Using the .190-32 × .500" screws, flat
washers, lock washers, and nuts provided,
apply Loc-Tite
®
242 to the threads then attach
the Barrier Mounting Bracket to the Glass Poly
Barrier as shown.
H. Using the .138 - 32 × .625" screws, flat
washers, lock washers, and nuts provided,
Mount the Terminal Block to the opposite side
of the Glass Poly Barrier as shown.
For Kits Supplied with an Auxiliary Switch Only.
I. Cut 4.5" off the end of the Microswitch Arm.
J. Using the .138-32 × 1.00" screws, lock
washers, flat washers, and nuts provided,
attach the Auxiliary Switch Mounting Bracket
to the Microswitch as shown.
K. Using the .138-32 × .375" nylon screws and
the steel lock washers, flat washers, and nuts
provided, attach the Auxiliary Switch Assembly
to the Glass Poly Barrier as shown. Note that
the nylon screws must be inserted through the
Glass Poly Barrier first, then into the Mounting
Bracket.
L. Using the .190-32 × .500" screws, flat
washers, lock washers, and nuts provided,
apply Loc-Tite
®
242 to the threads then mount
the DTA Module Assembly to the DTA
Mounting Bracket as shown.
M. Route the DTA Wires to the Terminal Block and
attach to the terminals. Fold the excess wires
together and secure in place with the wire tie
provided.
Step 12: Installing the DTA Platform Assembly
A. Using Drilling Plan “C”, mark, drill, and
countersink three .250 holes in the left
Breaker Side Plate.
