Making Copies of a Job in the Queue
In all cases, the job must still be in the queue. Use the following procedure to make copies of a job in the queue:
NOTE: The setting you specify in this option overrides any value set by your software.
NOTE: If Rotate (see page Rotating an Image) was on when you sent the file, every copy will also be rotated.
Copies and Reprints
1. Select the job and choose Copies or Reprints (from the Job Management menu).
2. Use the scrolling keys to specify the number of copies required and press Enter.
The number you enter is the actual number of pages to be printed; for example, choosing 2 for a page not yet
printed means you will get the one original and one copy. The maximum is 99.
If you want to cancel a Copies or Reprints selection choose the Cancel menu option for the file you have selected to
print copies or reprints.
