Operational Flows
Overview
This manual describes the functions of the VSPA-D7
Digital Signage Player Management Software. The VSPA-
D7 software manages a system for playback of content
using VSP-NS7 Digital Signage Players.
Read the Setup Instructions and Operating Instructions of
the VSP-NS7 player, too, for details on operations required
during system installation.
Operational Flows
Upon System Installation
The following flowchart shows an example of the
operations required when the system is installed:

Assign network address to
VSP-NS7
Install VSP-NS7s
and start the VSPA-D7
management software
Perform the system setup
Register VSP-NS7 in
the VSPA-D7 software

VSP-NS7 and send the settings
to the player
Create a group
Register VSP-NS7s in the group
Select the material to use,
make any optional settings,
and the standard display layout settings

Create and save an extra
audio list

Create a schedule

Specify target player group.

Add playlists, extra audio lists, and
control commands to the schedule.
Distribution
Distribute the schedule to the players.
Materials and playlists are distributed
simultaneously.
