Important safety instructions
CAUTION: High voltage! Risk of death! High voltages of up to 500 V DC may be present inside the casing for long
periods after being disconnected from the mains. To avoid lethal electric shock, do not open the casing. There are no
user-serviceable components inside. Refer all maintenance to qualied service personnel. Remove the mains cable
when the unit is not in use.
WARNING: To eliminate the risk of re and electric shock, do not expose this unit to rain or moisture and splashing or
dripping liquid, which might enter the device. Do not place any objects lled with liquid, such as vases, on the unit.

Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.7)

Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two 9)
blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding
prong. The wide blade or the third prong are provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not
t into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs, convenience recep-10)
tacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
The apparatus shall be connected to a MAINS socket outlet with a protective earthing connection.11)
Where the MAINS plug or an appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the disconnect de-12)
vice shall remain readily operable.

Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specied by the manufacturer, or sold with the 14)
apparatus. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/apparatus combination to avoid
injury from tip-over.
Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.15)
Refer all servicing to qualied service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been 16)
damaged in any way, such as power supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or ob-
jects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not
operate normally, or has been dropped.

rear of this unit. To avoid burning yourself, make all connections while the unit is still cold.
