SD MEMORY CARD - UTILITY
UTILITY - Selecting Utility will access the Card Utility Screen.
Use the Utility sub-menu to access the following options.
Format - Format prepares a Card that doesn’t function properly for use.
Most SD Memory Cards have been formatted but if you happen to have a
Card that is not formatted then data cannot be stored on it. Format will
erase all previous files on your Card, so make sure you can afford to
erase all the data on the Memory Card that you are formatting.
1. Load the Card into the Card drive. Make sure that the Card you have
selected can be completely erased.
2. Select the Format menu, a progress bar will be displayed. When
formatting is complete the main Card menu screen will be displayed.
Copy - Card Copy is used to duplicate a file from the disk to a Memory
Card or from the Memory Card to a Disk.
1. Load the Card and Disk into their respective areas. Make sure that the
Card or Disk that you have selected has the song data file you want to
copy.
2. Select the Copy menu, the menu will ask you if want to copy to Card or
to Disk. Select one and then select Okay to engage this function.
3. The menu will show the available songs on the Card or Disk (depending
on your selection). If there are additional songs to display the indicator
light on the SCREEN RIGHT/LEFT buttons will turn on.
4. Select the song you want to copy, and press the ENTER button.
5. Use the VALUE buttons or wheel to rename the copied song, a progress
bar will be displayed. When copying is complete the main disk menu
screen will be displayed.
