If there’s too much or too little reverb:
Make sure that the reverb depth is set
properly. On the
Silent Series
piano,
check the position of the REVERB con-
trol. Turn it clockwise for more reverb,
counterclockwise for less. See the Reverb
section for more information.
If the pitch of the
Silent Series
piano does
not match that of other instruments:
If you cannot match the pitch of another
instrument by fine tuning, or using the
PITCH switch (i.e., the other instrument
is out of the
Silent Series
piano’s adjust-
able range), adjust the pitch of the other
instrument.
If while playing a duet or a song with a lot
of pedaling, sustained notes stop abruptly:
This is because your playing exceeds the
default polyphony setting. Increase the
polyphony as described on page 29.
If the
Silent Series
piano cannot transmit
or receive MIDI data with other MIDI
instruments:
Are the MIDI cables connected prop-
erly? The
Silent Series
piano transmits
and receives MIDI information on MIDI
Channel 1. Make sure that the other
device is set to use the same MIDI chan-
nel. The
Silent Series
piano can also be
set to receive MIDI information on MIDI
Channels 1 and 2.
Wenn der Hall zu leise oder zu laut ist:
Kontrollieren Sie die Einstellung des
Hallanteils. Auf dem Piano der
“Silent”-
Serie
: schauen Sie nach, wie der
REVERB-Regler eingestellt ist. Drehen
Sie ihn weiter nach rechts, um den
Hallanteil zu erhöhen bzw. nach links,
um ihn zu verringern. Siehe das “Hall”-
Kapitel.
Wenn das Piano der
“Silent”-Serie
falsch
klingt im Verhältnis zu anderen Instru-
menten:
Wenn sich Ihr Instrument mit der Fein-
stimmung nicht sauber stimmen läßt,
können Sie entweder den PITCH-Schal-
ter des Pianos der
“Silent”-Serie
anders
einstellen (um die benötigte Referenz-
tonhöhe zu wählen) oder die Stimmung
des anderen Instruments ändern.
Wenn beim Spielen eines Duetts bzw. bei
intensiver Verwendung der Pedale plötz-
lich Noten wegfallen:
Es werden so viele Noten gespielt, daß
die Polyphonie überfordert wird. Wäh-
len Sie die erweiterte Polyphonie (siehe
Seite 29).
Lorsqu’il y a trop ou trop peu de
réverbération:
Assurez-vous que la profondeur de
réverbération est réglée convenable-
ment. Sur le piano de la
série “Silent”
,
vérifiez la position de la commande
REVERB. Tournez-la dans le sens des
aiguilles d’une montre pour augmenter
la réverbération et dans l’autre sens pour
la diminuer. Voyez la section
“Réverbération” pour en savoir plus.
Lorsque l’accord du piano de la
série
“Silent”
ne correspond pas à celui d’un
autre instrument:
Si vous ne parvenez pas à vous aligner
sur la hauteur d’un autre instrument en
changeant le réglage d’accord fin ou
avec le sélecteur PITCH du piano de la
série “Silent”
(l’autre instrument se
trouve donc hors de la plage de réglage
du piano de la
série “Silent”
), ajustez la
hauteur de l’autre instrument.
Lors d’un jeu à quatre mains ou d’un mor-
ceau demandant un jeu de pédale impor-
tant, certaines notes sont interrompues
abruptement:
Votre jeu excède la capacité de polypho-
nie par défaut. Augmentez la polypho-
nie (voyez l’explication donnée à la
page 29).
