2.7 Assembly, Installation and Commissioning
• A qualified electrician should be consulted on operations where there may be risk of electrical
hazard
• Always isolate the power supply before working on the pump
• Check compatibility of the hose material with the product being pumped
• Check compatibility of the lubricant with the product being pumped
• Do not over grease the front cover O-ring. If the grease contaminates the VERDERLUBE,
the performance of the hose may be affected
• At all times the pump must be between one third and one half full with VERDERLUBE
lubricant
• Check all nuts and bolts are tightened to the required torque settings in `Parts List`

NOT PROCEED UNTIL YOU HAVE CLARIFIED THE POINTS WITH YOUR DISTRIBUTOR.
