Cross-fader and fader controls
These take care of the A and B outputs which are
assigned to the cross-fader using the
ASSIGN con-
trols, and then passed to the master stereo output.
It is possible to set the cross-fader curve, reversal,
and allow source starting with the cross-fader.

This section handles the effects, the parameter menus
