Top panel
1. Music rack
: This provides a convenient place to rest your sheet music and scores.
Do not apply excessive pressure
to the key cover when securing a
music book in an opened posi-
tion.
2. MASTER VOLUME slider
: Controls the volume of the internal speakers, head-
phone jacks, and line output jacks.
3. REVERB button
: Turns the reverb on/off, adding ambience to the sound.
4. CHORUS
button
: Turns the chorus on/off, adding richness to the sound.
5. TOUCH button
: Selects the keyboard sensitivity (touch curve).
6. TRANSPOSE/FUNCTION button
: This button is used to control the transposi-
tion, pitch, and temperament, and to set MIDI and other parameters.
All settings will return to their factory settings when you turn off the
power.
7. BANK button
: Use this to button between the three sound banks.
8. SOUND SELECTION buttons
: Press a button to select a sound. You can press
two buttons at the same time to layer two sounds across the keyboard. There are
a total of thirty sounds (10 x 3 banks).
9. DEMO button
: Plays demo songs. Use the SOUND select buttons to select from
thirty different demo songs (10 x 3 groups).
10. METRONOME button
: Starts or stops the metronome.
11. TEMPO slider
: Adjusts the tempo of the metronome.
