Deleting Measures (
Delete)
You can delete a part of a performance measure by measure.
When a portion of a performance is deleted, the rest of the
performance is shifted up to fill the gap. Erasing measures in a
specified passage is called “deleting.”

Inserting Blank Measures (
Insert)
You can add a blank measure at a location you specify. This
addition of a blank measure is called “insertion.”

1/2 (half note), 1/4 (quarter note), 1/6 (quarter-note
triplet), 1/8 (eighth note), 1/12 (eighth-note triplet),
1/16 (sixteenth note), 1/24 (sixteenth-note triplet),
1/32 (thirty-second note)
