Recording your Performance
ENGLISH
The recorded user song data on this instrument can be saved to a USB flash memory device. Before using a USB flash
memory device, be sure to read “Precautions when using the USB [TO DEVICE] terminal” on page 30.

Engage Saving mode.
Make sure that a USB flash memory device is connected to the instrument, then
while holding the [FUNCTION] button, press the [PLAY/STOP] button.

If you wish to cancel saving, press any button other than [
PLAY/STOP

before you go on to the next step.

Save the data.
Press the [PLAY/STOP] button.
Data writing will begin.
When the saving is finished, “

” appears on the display
for three seconds.

Songs recorded on this instrument are
saved under the file names of “USER-
SONGxx.mid” (xx is a number 00–99) in
the “USER FILES” folder.
The number of available file containers is
100 (

).
Do not turn off the power to the instrument or disconnect the USB flash memory device, while the instru-
ment is saving the data to the USB device (while “

“ is displayed ). Otherwise, all data, including
the data being saved, will be lost.
