The currently-sounding harmony notes are numbered
sequentially beginning from the lowest note.
When the value is 0, panning will be random.
For random panning with Vocoder harmony, the pan
position will change at each key-on.
For random panning with Chordal harmony, the pan
position will change whenever the chord changes.
For Detune and Chromatic harmony, random pan will
not function, and the panning will be centered.
