Bycontrollingthepan,EQ,volume,andtoneadjust
parametersduringrealtimerecording,youcanrecord
thesechangessothattheywillbereflectedduring
playback.
Usemulti‐trackrecordingifyouwanttomodifythe
settingsofmultipletrackssimultaneously.
Note: Controllingtheseparameterswilltransmit
controlchangeorsystemexclusivemessages.Inorder
forthisdatatoberecorded,theGlobalP1:MIDI–MIDI
RoutingEnableControlChangeandEnableExclusive

Recording patterns in real time

specifiednumberofmeasureswillplayback
repeatedly,allowingyoutocontinueaddingmusical
datatoit.

tracktotheprogramthatwillbeusedbythe
pattern.
2. AccesstheP10:Pattern/RPPR–PatternEditpage.
3. UseTrackSelecttochoosethetrackthat
youwill
usetorecordthepattern.
Thepatternwillplaybackwiththeprogramandother
settingsoftheselectedtrack.
4. Set“Pattern(PatternBank)”toUser,andset
“PatternSelect”toU00.
UserpatternsU00–U99canbecreatedforeachsong.
5. Selectthemenucommand“PatternParameter”.
